6 Month Ministry Training Programs

We created this program to help believers getting the training, support and resources necessary to step out and fulfill their calling. We have been training ministers and ministry leaders for over 20 years. I (Auburn) took the extensive ministry knowledge and created a program that will quickly give believers a solid biblical foundation for their ministry. They will also get coaching and personal training to be able to better understand how to apply those truths to their lives. I (Sandrina) will work with each person to develop their leadership capacity. Leadership as it pertains to Organizational Development has been my expertise for the last 12 years.

We want to address a number of the reason why people aren’t able to or don’t answer the calling in its fullness. The top three are typically time, money and access. Many people don’t have the time to go to school because schools are usually held in the day and or during the hours they have to work. Equip

This is the first segment of the ministry training program. We will focus on you. This is where we are going to make sure that you are come away with a solid biblical understanding and skills to minister…. We will work on everything from your public speaking ability to your ability to pray and counsel to serving others. One of the prerequisites for this program is that you have to been saved for at least 3 years and currently have been living for the LORD over the past year.
