A Missions Base is a ministry vehicle that focuses on equipping and sending believers into a specific mission field to advance the Kingdom of GOD. It also serves to provide ongoing support and encouragement for both those being sent and the community it is serving. There are so many places we can go with the Gospel. One of the places that is unreached with the GOSPEL of the Kingdom is our lives. That’s our workplaces and living spaces.
We are an extension of Quantum Ministries.
Quantum is a ministry community comprised of ministries and ministers who are working together to see community transformation and worldwide reformation of the Church. There are three major goals of Quantum. The first is to be a facilitator of global transformation through the reformation of the local Church and various spheres of society. Secondly, it provides Apostolic-Prophetic foundations for ministries who are a part of this reforming movement. Thirdly, Quantum provides cutting edge ministry products and services to the Body of CHRIST at large that will allow global transformation. The Missions Base is the Base Camp for the apostolic operations in the region it is spearheading an Apostolic-Prophetic movement in.
Quest Missions Base is the vehicle through which it is being launched into the cities and nations we have been sent to. Its purpose is to train and mobilize the people of the region for a great move of GOD in their city and nation.
Our objective is to disciple, equip and send people into a region to minister the gospel and establish the work regionally and situationally.
We equip and provide oversight for each of the member-ministers of our community. We also are the corporate expression of this Apostolic-Prophetic movement in the region. When we gather corporately it is to host regional outpouring and learning opportunities for the entire Body of CHRIST in the region. It’s our goal to penetrate the region and dismantle the strongholds holding the region in darkness.
It is our goal to ignite and spread revival fires around the cities and regions we are located in. We want to be an agent for bringing revival and reformation to the Churches, ministries and the Body of CHRIST in the region. As the Church moves into revival it will begin to be the change agent the LORD called it to be. It will become the aligner of the foundations that have been out of course. We are combining the four streams of spiritual warfare, missions, discipleship and leadership development to fuel this movement of the HOLY SPIRIT. The LORD is releasing a great revival river across this land and restoring the Church to its full function. We are penetrating the city and the region to break the power of the enemy and Open the Heavens. This penetration is done through intense night and day intercessory prayer, worship and warfare. As the LORD releases the SPIRIT of Revelation through our intercession and warfare we are receiving strategies and insight as to how to dismantle the strongholds over and in the land. The Church becomes the stronghold in the land where HE can execute HIS plans and purposes.
Our Vision
We see a global awakening & Movement taken place as each believer steps into the fullness of their calling and destiny.
We see the Kingdom of GOD advancing as each believer begins to discover, develop and step into their unique calling.
We believe that there is coming an awakening that will be instrumental in birthing a reformation for both the church and society. This awakening will be the impetus for a move of the SPIRIT that will cause many believers to begin to embrace their unique callings and move into their destiny.

What we believe.
Believe
Born again Believer -(Acts 2:38; Romans 10:8-13); A Born Again Believer is a person who has submitted their lives to the LORDSHIP of JESUS CHRIST. They believe that GOD sent HIS Only SON to die on the CHRIST for our sins and that JESUS was raised from the dead on the third day after HIS death and is now seated in Heaven. A Born Again Believer will have lives that reflect the biblical standard for conduct and character.
GOD
We believe in One GOD who exists as GOD the Father, GOD the SON and GOD the HOLY SPIRIT. HE is eternal, good, all wise, all-powerful and everywhere. HE is the creator of everything that exists. (Deuteronomy 6:4; Revelation 19:6; Psalm 147:5; Psalm 139:7-12; Genesis 1:1)
WORD
We believe the Bible is the inerrant, infallible and inspired WORD of GOD. It is the final authority for life and action. (2Tim 3:16; 2 Peter 1:20,21; 1 Peter 1:24,25)
MAN
We believe that Man was created good and upright, for God said, “Let us make man in Our own image, after Our likeness.” Nevertheless, man, voluntarily transgressed against God, and God has provided man with his only hope of salvation and redemption which is in Jesus Christ, the Son of God (Gen 1:26-31, 3:17, Romans 5:12-21).
JESUS
We believe that JESUS was the WORD made flesh. HE was born of a virgin and HIS father is GOD. We believe that JESUS was born without the inherited sin of Adam and, during HIS entire life, committed no sin. JESUS is GOD and is the only way that we can be saved and restored into a right relationship with GOD the FATHER. (I Tim 3:16, John 10:30, Isa 9:6, Luke 2:11, Rev 1:8).
SALVATION
We believe that salvation is by the grace of God, through faith in Jesus CHRIST. (Romans 10:9,10, 1 John 1:9, Ephesians 2:8,9).
WATER BAPTISM
We believe that following salvation through Jesus Christ you should be baptized...as commanded by the Lord Jesus. This was the last command He left His Apostles. “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them, in the name of the Father, and the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.” (Matt. 28:19; Mark 16:16)
BAPTISM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT
We believe in the baptism of the HOLY SPIRIT with the evidence of the HOLY SPIRIT being available for every Believer through faith. (Acts 1:4,5; Acts 2:1-18; John 7:38,39)
GIFTS OF THE SPIRIT
We believe in the nine gifts of the HOLY SPIRIT, these gifts are given throughout the Body of Christ and are in operation today. (I Corinthians 12:7-10)
FIVEFOLD MINISTRY
We believe that GOD has been in the process of restoring the five-fold ministry to the church in power and authority to equip the Believers to do the work of the ministry. All Believers have a divinely appointed ministry within the Body of CHRIST to carry out. (Ephesians 4:11,12; 1Peter 4:10-11)
PRIESTHOOD OF THE BELIEVER
We believe in the priesthood of every Believer. All Believers can approach GOD for themselves and know HIS wonderful grace for their lives on an equal basis. (1Peter 2:4, 5; Rev. 1:6)
THE SECOND COMING
We believe in the imminent return, second coming of our Lord Jesus CHRIST for His Church and to judge the world. (John 14:1-4; 2Thessalonians 2:8)
HEAVEN AND HELL
We believe that there is a heaven and a hell. Heaven is a place of eternal rest for the righteous (those who have accepted Jesus Christ as atonement for their sins) and hell is a place of eternal damnation for the unrighteous (those who do not accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and savior) (Matt. 28:19, Mark 16:16).
Values
A ministry’s values tell the “why” of that ministry. It lets the world know what the driving forces behind its efforts are. They also communicate the attitudes and behaviors that create its unique ministry culture. The ministry culture is the environment that the community lives in. We at Metro Fire want an environment that allows the HOLY SPIRIT to touch and transform lives. We want an environment where people are partners with the HOLY SPIRIT in touching and transforming lives. We want an environment where everyone feels safe to share and be real. We want a culture that releases each person into the purposes of GOD for their lives.
We have listed our twelve core values and commitments. Each identifies a specific reason why we are doing what we do in this ministry. It’s our desire that they will give you a deeper perspective into what drives us to serve.
Culture of Honor
We believe each person is significant and should be treated as significant. We also believe in the genuine value of every person. Each and every person was created in the LORD’s image and has a purpose in the world. Therefore all people are to be treated with honor. Honor is showing high respect and regard for others. Mike Murdock said, “Honor is recognizing the difference between two things and valuing it.”
We are committed to honoring every person we come into contact with, with the same honor GOD has for them.
Culture of Generosity:
The Bible says, “The earth is the LORD’s and the fullness thereof.” Everything we enjoy in life was given to us by the generosity of the LORD. What HE asks of us is to be stewards of the things HE has given us. We don’t really own anything we are stewards of everything within our authority. To steward is to take care of and distribute what we have according to the owner’s desire. GOD wants us to be people who are free to give fully what HE has put in our lives to meet the needs of those around us so that there is no lack.
We are committed to be generous on every occasion stewarding GOD’s grace in its various forms in our lives.
Culture of Fire:
The Fire of GOD is GOD’s desire burning within us. We want to see the desire of the FATHER fully fulfilled in us and through us. The FATHER’s desire is to see JESUS get HIS full reward for HIS sacrifice. We are consumed with HIS passion for the entire world to know the love of GOD and respond to the sacrifice of HIS SON.
We are committed to burning for GOD allowing HIS Will to be accomplished in our lives daily.
Culture of Innovation:
Innovation is the bringing forth of new ideas, methods, products and services. People who are innovative see the world differently. They see new and different possibilities that others don’t see or haven’t explored. It is more than talking about something new it’s going through the process of birthing and developing the new. Innovations in the world allow the world to move forward discovering hidden potential and untapped opportunities all around us.
We are committed to innovating every process, procedure, method, product and service we provide as we get new and effective ideas.
Culture of Belonging:
We are a family. We are a Community. We are a Body. We want everyone who comes around us to experience the power of belonging, the power of connection and relationship. We believe each Believer should belong to a specific family of Believers for their well-being and the promotion of the kingdom of GOD in their local area. Belonging is one of the ways the HOLY SPIRIT helps us grow into the fullness of the image of JESUS.
We are committed to living in a connected committed relationship with one another in our local Body.
Culture of the Supernatural:
We live in a society that denies not only the reality GOD but also the supernatural. Even many in the Church are ignorant of the realities of the supernatural. The Bible is clear that the origin of all things was a supernatural one. It goes on to teach the problems and the solutions to those problems are spiritual in nature. One of the schemes of the devil is to blind us to the truth about the things of the SPIRIT. Only when the Church embraces and moves into this truth will we be able to live out the full destiny and promise the LORD has called us to.
We are committed to embracing the things of the SPIRIT as the Bible teaches.
Culture of Evolution:
We are evolving as the HOLY SPIRIT moves us forward in HIS plan. We don’t know everything the HOLY SPIRIT wants to do with us, we are on a journey. As we are following HIM HE is transforming our lives, our culture and our community. It is happening as each person is encouraged and allowed to bring their gifts, talents, ministries and many times just themselves in our gathering. What they give many times becomes a part of the culture of the community.
We are committed to being an evolving community and culture moving along with the HOLY SPIRIT and expanding with the people who belong to it and call it home.
Culture of Freedom:
Where the SPIRIT of the LORD is there is liberty. We want to live in the very PRESENCE of the LORD. In HIS PRESENCE is everything we need. In HIS PRESENCE we are free. We are free from fear. We are free from sickness. We are free from everything in the darkness. We are growing and developing a culture of freedom. This is a culture where the SPIRIT of the LORD reigns, therefore freedom reigns. The more we live in the Spirit the freer we are in every aspect of our lives. HE is teaching us to abide in HIM as HE abides in us. This is the process through which HE is transforming us. We are committed to living in the Presence of the LORD and receiving the freedom HE offers those who abide in HIM.
We are committed to living in and bringing others into the freedom HIS PRESENCE makes available to us.
Culture of Intercession:
Every move of GOD starts with prayer and is sustained by prayer. This one is no different. I am a Fire was birth in the furnace of prayer and the deep desire and longing the LORD imparted in those times. A longing to have a people, who are intimate with HIM, can hear HIM and bring HIS Kingdom into the earth. Prayer is more than talking to GOD but if you aren’t talking to HIM you aren’t prayer. Prayer opens the Heaven and releases the Kingdom of GOD into the earth. Intercession isn’t just something we do it is who we are.
We are committed to living lives that intercede and allow the LORD’s Will to come into the earth and be established as it is in Heaven.
Culture of Service:
One of the greatest ways we can show our appreciation for the LORD has done for us is to be an active part of HIS plan to save the world. We best do this by yielding our design and energy to HIS desires. This brings us into our destiny and allows HIS Will to be established in the places the LORD has called us. Our service to the LORD builds up the Body of CHRIST and is a conduit through which HE can work to reconcile the entire world to HIMSELF. We are called to use our gifts, abilities and talents to bless not only the world but the Body of CHRIST. We are called together to serve together as one Body to accomplish HIS purpose in our geographical region and beyond.
We are committed to yield our design to HIS desire in the context of the vision to help accomplish the Will of GOD in our region to see the destiny of GOD for this region birth and matured.
Culture of Brokenness:
Brokenness is probably the single most attractive attribute man can have to the LORD. In the Word HE says HE lives in a high and lofty place but will also live with the broken and contrite heart. When JESUS is sharing HIS sermon on the mount HE talks about those the LORD would favor. HE uses the phrase “blessed are” which means the people the LORD will favor and show grace to. Each of the nine types of people described aspects of being broken. Brokenness is defined by being humble. It is a lifestyle and attitude of obedience toward the LORD and HIS way of doing things. It is a deep desire to please the LORD in everything you do and live to honor HIS desires. It is also a life of putting others before you with the desire to see the very best come forth in their lives.
We are committed to cultivating a lifestyle of humility and deep regard for the LORD’s Will in all things.
Culture of Holiness:
When we think about the word holiness we often have a tendency to compare it with unholiness or sin. But the word holy really means “other than” or pure in the sense a thing is all it is and nothing else. So when we say holiness in regard to GOD and the things of GOD we mean being like GOD in nature or bearing HIS nature. It also has to do with those conditions and situation in which the LORD has said HE will associate with and be involved in. We want to have the type of lifestyles and responses that HE would want to be.
We are committed to walking in holiness through yielding to the SPIRIT of Grace to be exactly what HE wants us to be, HIS sons and daughters.
