This doesn’t mean that every believer is a prophet or even called to a prophetic ministry. But every believer is called to hear the LORD’S voice and even speak and share what HE is saying to them. Learning the unique way that the LORD speaks to you and how it works within the context of your gifting, talents and calling is vital. The foundation of the prophetic is intimacy with the LORD. After all the prophetic is communicating and receiving communication for the LORD. It is life giving and precious. Unfortunately many believes can’t discern the LORD’S voice in their lives or they have been taught that the LORD doesn’t speak anymore.

"Follow the way of love and eagerly desire gifts of the Spirit, especially prophecy. But the one who prophesies speaks to people for their strengthening, encouraging and comfort." (1 Corinthians 14:1,3)
The prophetic gift and ministry is so important to the Body of CHRIST. It allows us to be vessel through which the LORD is able to strengthen, encourage and comfort HIS people in a mighty way. Becoming more proficient in operating in this grace gives us a powerful opportunity to help so many people. The Scripture even teaches it is a powerful tool for reaching the unbeliever (1 Corinthians 14:24-25). Whether you are new believer ministering to old friends or a seasoned ministry leader this course has so many insights to help you listen better and speak clearer. On top of the insights there a number of impartation and activation activities for you to leave each session with a measure of manifestation to step right into your personal ministry.

Over the years we have found that there are so many people who want to know how to manifest the gifts and various grace they see the Bible says that they have access to. They desire to touch the lives of those around them like JESUS did. They may get an initial manifestation but don’t know how to develop the gift or as Paul put it “fan into flames” the gift that was given to them. The IA Sessions which stands for impartation and activation are the result of years of training and equipping people all over the world. People experience such a sense of purpose and fulfillment when they are able to be used as a conduit of the HOLY SPIRIT to touch other people’s lives. We developed these equipping and training sessions to primarily help each learn to partner with the HOLY SPIRIT. Each session is packed with insights and activities that are designed to encourage your faith in stepping out to use the what the LORD has given you to share with others. We have designed a training environment and system that will allow you to grow and develop your gifts and ministries in a safe, nurturing atmosphere. It focuses hands on, experiential learning.
We offer it in three forms: in person, online, on demand. We know that people have very busy schedules or limited resources to travel to be in a session so we have created a way for them to have access to these resources.

Module one
GOD’s Voice
Learning to hear and discern the LORD’S Voice is one of the most important things a believer can do. It is so important to know the Shephard’s voice. It is also one of the most fulfilling experiences that you can have. To know that we serve a GOD who talks and wants to talk to us is so amazing. In this module we will share how the LORD speaks and the ways that we can tune our spiritual ears to hear HIM more clearly. The activations (exercises) are practical and can be used over and over to strengthen your confidence and sensitivity to the LORD’S Voice. You will be in awe at how much the LORD has to say to you.

1 the LORD who speaks
We serve a LORD that speaks and that wants to speak. In this session will learn about the nature and attributes of the LORD that pertain to . The better we know the LORD the more we will understand what HE is saying and be able to discern HIS voice.
2 the sound of the LORD speaking
The LORD’s Voice has a variety of expressions. Learning to recognize how HE sounds is vital to hearing HIM. In this session we will go over the major ways the expresses HIMSELF.
3 the ways the LORD speaks
The LORD has different ways that speaks to us. It is important to know that HE has many ways through which HE can communicate to us. In this session we learn to be aware of these ways. It will give us a greater range of awareness and sensitivity.
4 discerning between your voice and his
One of the things that makes hearing the LORD’S voice difficult at times is our own internal voice. In this session we will talk about the difference between your voice and HIS and how to discern the difference.
5 drawing near
Building a relationship with the LORD is what communication is all about. Learning to come closer to the LORD will help us hear clearer and develop a stronger connection with the LORD. In this session we will talk about a number of ways we can draw closer to the LORD.
6 the heart of the matter
Our hearts are so important in this exchange between the LORD and us. It is important that our hearts are right and tuned in to receive all that HE is saying. In this session are going look at how HE speaks to our hearts and how we can open our hearts to hear and receive what HE is saying.
7 -8 remove barriers
There are several internal and external barriers that can be a hinderance for us hearing the LORD. In these two sessions we will go over seven of them and how to remove them.

Module two
flowing in the SPIRIT
Getting to know the HOLY SPIRIT will change the way you see everything. Our relationship with the SPIRIT is so important. Sometimes we don't see the HOLY SPIRIT as a person that can be known but the Bible teaches us that we can have a close personal relationship with HIM. Learning to flow with the SPIRIT is where the true transformation happens in our lives. The Bible says that if we keep in step with HIM we will not fulfill the desires of our sinful nature. We will not only live above the flesh we will be lifted up to live in the realm of the Spirit, guided and empowered by the HOLY SPIRIT. These sessions will teach you how to keep in step with HIM and trust HIS leadership. It will give you a better understanding of HIS role and the way HE works in the life of the believer and the specific way that HE is working in your life.

Building a relationship with the HOLY SPIRIT starts with understanding WHO HE is why HE is in your life. In this session we will share about the Person of the HOLY SPIRIT and HIS role in our lives.

The fullness of the SPIRIT is the product of our hunger and thirst for the LORD’S Presence in our lives. In this session we will learn to drink deeply of the Presence of the LORD and how to stay thirsty for HIS Presence.

We need revelation from the HOLY SPIRIT. HE is the one that illuminates the mysteries and truths that will bring life and freedom. In this session we learn how the HOLY SPIRIT gives us insights, understanding and wisdom for life.

JESUS said the life in the SPIRIT was like moving in the wind. We not only have to learn to complete rely on the HOLY SPIRIT but how HE move. This will allow us to move with HIM. In this session we will discuss how to stay develop the faith and courage to move with the HOLY SPIRIT into the unknown.

Growing in the Prophetic
Every believer is prophetic. Even if we aren’t all called to a prophetic ministry. We all can hear from the LORD and can share with others what the LORD is saying. We can all receive revelation and insight for our lives and the lives of those around us. We can all see and hear those things the LORD wants to show us. Growing in this supernatural grace will impact how we approach our ministries and callings. It will lift everything we do to a supernatural dimension. We all need to grow in the prophetic. These sessions will help you embrace this aspect of your new nature in CHRIST. JESUS said that the HOLY SPIRIT would guide us into all truth and tell us things to come. You will get stronger in sharing what the LORD is giving you for others. You will get a new level of clarity, accuracy and frequency. This will make you more effective in communicating what the LORD is saying through you.

Sessions:
1 Visions + Dreams
One of the major way the Prophetic is released is through visions and dreams. Many times they are highly symbolic and require interpretation. In this session we will begin to build a foundations for understanding what the LORD is showing you.
2 encountering GOD
When we minister in the prophetic we are ministering encounters with the LORD. People are being encountered by GOD. In this session we will talk about encounters and what the LORD does through them and how to provide encouragement and support as the LORD is touching HIS People.
3 Clarity + focus
Clarity and focus allows us to communicate with greater effectiveness and power. In this session we will learn about the things that bring clarity and focus. You will become sharper and more accurate in your delivery of what the LORD is given you to share.
4 open heaven
An Open Heaven is a Spiritual Condition when there is an openness in the spirit for Heaven to invade the earth. In this session we will share about ministering from an open heaven. We will share about the things you can do to open the heavens over you life and ministry.
5 The GLORY PRESENCE
Moving in the prophetic releases the Manifest Presence of the LORD. People are touched and miracles happens in this atmosphere. In this session we talk about the different things the LORD does through HIS Manifest Presence when we are moving in the Prophetic.
6 Building your Faith
Building our faith will give us the confidence and boldness to share the things the LORD is giving us. We will be able to ask for greater manifestation and step out in faith. In this session we will look at the way our faith can be built up to do great things for the LORD.
7 divine communications
The Prophetic is about communicating with the LORD and with others. It is a communication between the LORD and those receiving the message. It is also a communication between the LORD and the one given the word. In this session we talk about this ongoing conversation with the LORD that produces the words and prophetic content that HE gives us to share with others.
8 going deeper
The LORD has so much to say and do through us. Our desire to be used by the LORD will allow the HIM to take us deeper. In this session will take about how the LORD takes us deeper and what is available in this place with the LORD.

Module four
moving in the Gifts
The Gifts of the HOLY SPIRIT are so amazing. Each believer can operate in them. The LORD uses them to touch the lives of the people around us. They are amazing tools that communicate GOD’S love and concern for HIS people. Learning to operate in them will exponentially increase the impact of your personal ministry. JESUS set the examine for moving in them. HE modeled what ministry should look like. What a privilege that we get to be used by the LORD in the same way that HE was used. These sessions will give you a deeper understanding of each of the gifts and how to operate in them. You will also begin to identify the gifts the LORD is gifting you with. We can move in all of them but we are uniquely gifted in the ones that pertain to our calling and the ministry HE has given us.

You will learn about the Gifts of the Discernment of spirits, Words of Knowledge and Words of Wisdom. These sessions will provide you with training and insights that will help you be more effective using this Gifts.
4-6 moving in the Inspirational Gifts
You will learn about the Gifts of Prophesy, Tongues and the Interpretation of Tongues. These sessions will provide you with training and insights that will help you be more effective using this Gifts.
7-9 moving in the Power Gifts
You will learn about the Gifts of Faith, the Working of Miracles and Healing. These sessions will provide you with training and insights that will help you be more effective using this Gifts.
10 building momentum
The more you exercise the Gifts the LORD has given you the easier it will be. You will begin to build skill, confidence and experience breakthrough in how the LORD is using you. In this session we will learn how to build momentum to not only create ease but see greater manifestations.
11 The Anointing within
The Gifts of the HOLY SPIRIT are the result of HIS power and Presence flowing through the life of the believer . We have an anointing and learning to flow with that anointing is the key to operating in the Gifts. In this session we will learn about this dimension of the anointing and how to flow in it.
12 The Way of Love
It’s all about love. All the Gifts manifest the love and concern the LORD has for people. Learning to walk in love as we minister reveal HIS heart for all people. In this session we will look at our love walk and the way we see people so that we can grow in our love for those we minister to.
