What is a Calling?
Your calling is the unique way the LORD has designed you and purposed you to serve HIM. Each person has been designed with different gifts, abilities and natures. All of these are a part of how the LORD wants us to serve HIM. Your calling is multidimensional, meaning that it covers many different areas of your life. This calling is the LORD’S invitation to yield your life for serve to HIM to advance the Kingdom. Just like the LORD won’t make someone get saved, HE won’t make someone serve HIM. It is an invitation to yield our gifts, abilities and lives to serve HIM. We then have to make a decision as to what extent we want respond the invitation. The Calling is intricately tied into our purpose and reason for being here. It is the specific way that the LORD want to use us for HIS GLORY. The LORD has a unique way for our lives to be used. We just have to say yes and be willing to go through the process to get there.
what is ministry?
Ministry is the means or the way we fulfill the call of GOD on our lives. It is the specific way our gifts, abilities and resources can be used to advance the Kingdom of GOD. Everyone was designed with a purpose, and on purpose. In order to live out this purpose we have to serve in the way we were designed to serve. The LORD wants to give each of us an understanding of HIS purposes for our lives. As we yield our lives the LORD is able to reveal more and more to us about how HE wants to use our lives. Our services is for the LORD but we do it by serving people. There are so many different ways the LORD has for us to serve HIM. The LORD has a unique way for each person based on their individually design. The work we do is done with the abilities and talents that GOD has given us. The life that we have is done with the abilities HE has given us. Anything that we have been able to be successful in is the result of the abundant blessing the LORD has given us. All these aspects of our lives were designed and created to honor the LORD and allow for HIS Will to be done in the earth.
Why get trained?
Getting trained to do what GOD has called us to do is so important. First, its biblical. All throughout the scripture we see those that are called to ministry being discipled and being trained before they went out. The scripture urges us to make sure we are prepared to give an answer for the hope that resides in us. According to Ephesians the LORD has resourced the church with individuals that have the ability to equip the saints to do the work of ministry. Each of these types of ministries are gifts to the Body of CHRIST and have a unique way that they help us to what the LORD has called us to do. Training allows us to be sharper and to glean from the experience of those that are more senior than we are. It is a very important part of ministry. In fact 1 Timothy 3:16-17 says that one of the functions of GOD’S word is to train us in righteous.
courses + Programs
We created this program to help believers get the training, support and resources necessary to step out and fulfill their calling. We have been training ministers and ministry leaders for over 20 years. I (Auburn) took the extensive ministry knowledge and created a program that will quickly give believers a solid biblical foundation for their ministry. They will also get coaching and personal training to be able to better understand how to apply those truths to their lives. I (Sandrina) will work with each person to develop their leadership capacity. Leadership as it pertains to Organizational Development has been my expertise for the last 12 years.
We want to address a number of the reason why people aren’t able to or don’t answer the calling in its fullness. The top three are typically time, money and access. Many people don’t have the time to go to school because schools are usually held during the hours they would normally work. Second, ministry schools and training programs can cost upward toward $10,000 to attend. Finally, many people don’t go to churches or ministries that have ministerial training as a resource they offer.
We pulled together resources from our other ministry structures and endeavors to create an incredible curriculum.
equip: Phase 1
This is the first segment of our Ministry School. We will focus on helping you discover and develop your calling and the skill to execute that calling. This is where we are going to make sure that you have a solid biblical foundation for ministry. We will work on everything from your public speaking ability to your ability to pray and counsel to serving others. There are so many different skill sets you will develop in this training program. You aren’t going to just acquire knowledge you are going to get the skills to do the things JESUS did.
series 1
Biblical Foundations
Series 1 was designed to deliver the content from GOD’S Word that you will need to be a strong minister of the GOSPEL. No matter what you do in ministry you need a strong biblical foundation. This section contains six courses that will help you develop a solid biblical foundation for ministry. You will come away equipped ready to dive even deeper into the word of GOD.
series 2
School of Personal Ministry
The School of Personal Ministry was designed to teach and train you how to manifest the supernatural ministry of JESUS. JESUS said that we would do what HE had done and greater. We will go over the various aspects of HIS Supernatural ministry and how we can walk in the same way.
series 3
Grow 416
Grow 416 is our equipping system that we use to train those going into ministry. We are able to equip everyone from the new believer to the Senior Minister with this system. We have used it to help develop many leaders and believers around the world .
build: Phase 2
This is the segment of the program where we work with each student to design the ministry that allow them to fulfill their calling. It is important that we don’t just train people to minister but to have the desire to grow and develop into a more effective minister.
series 1
Designing
Our Design Workshop will take you through the fundamentals of designing and developing your ministry entity and service. You be able to fulfill your calling and reach the people that the LORD put on your heart to focused on touching.
series 2
Building
We will move from designing to constructing your ministry. You learn the essentials of building and get some insights about your specific ministry build. You will come away with a solid understanding of how to construct what the LORD has put in your heart. You will also gain hands on experience.
series 3
Launchpad
This is where you take your ministry public and begin to serve those you are called to. You will learn to build the support system and garner the resources for your day to day operations. This is where you also will begin to market your ministry. So we will talk about the brand work that needs to done to help people contact with your new ministry.
Phase 1 : Equip
m.school is a ministry design school.
We launched it to be a tool for those who want to discover, develop and launch ministries that will allow them to fulfill the calling on their lives.
m.classroom is where we build a solid biblical foundation for ministry.
M.classroom is about each person obtaining the theological foundation that they are going to need to do ministry. It is a set of courses that have been created to bring both Biblical knowledge and understanding, and revelant insights about how it applies in today’s world. We cover areas that will allow you to study, reflect and learn to make better ministry decisions and to personally stay spiritually strong to do what GOD has called you to do.
Courses
World according to GOD 1
This is an Old Testament survey course. We will go through each of the books of the Old Testament to get a better understanding of the major themes and subjects contained in it. We will also go over everything from Creation to the Tabernacle to the Jewish Poetry and more. You will have an opportunity to go through each book of the Old Testament and get a deeper understanding of its place in Israel’s History, the world and how it pertains to us as Believers. These insights will be applied to the overarching question of “How does the GOD interact with man and the world he lives in”.
World according to GOD 2
This is a New Testament survey course: We will go through each the books of the New Testament to get a better understanding of the major themes and subjects contained in it. We will also go over everything from the Life and Times of JESUS to the advent of the Church to the second coming of CHRIST. You will have an opportunity to go through each book of the New Testament and get a deeper understanding of its place to the Church, the world and how it pertains to us as Believers. These insights will be applied to the overarching question of how does the GOD see and interact with man and the world he lives in.
The Incarnation:
This course is an in-depth study of the Life of CHRIST. We will go through the Gospel and get a better understanding of all that HE did and said. We will also go through the Messianic Prophecies of the Old Testament as well as JESUS ministry to the Church and beyond. One of the focuses of this course is to share JESUS’ intended purpose for becoming flesh and dwelling among us. This will help us understand how we are to be in the world as followers and partakers of HIS nature. The Scripture says that the LORD desire conformed into the image of HIS Dear SON.
The SPIRIT OF GOD
This course will introduce to the HOLY SPIRIT like you have never been before. It is full of insights about the Person and the Work of the HOLY SPIIRT through the Bible. It will also help you understand how the HOLY SPIRIT wants to move in your life to produce the life of JESUS in and through you. Understanding how the HOLY SPIRIT leads us and guides us into all truth is essential to continue to stay in step with HIM.
The House that GOD Built:
Its amazing that Bible depicts those that have become believers and made JESUS LORD of our lives as part of the same family. HE goes on to establish the place that we gather to celebrate HIM and touch the our communities as HIS House. In this course we will cover the LORD’S intent for HIS House and HIS people. HIS House is an integral part of HIS plan for humanity. HIS House is the beachhead where HE spearheads the advance of HIS Kingdom in the geographic regions that the community of believers meet in… Understanding how we come together to both strength one another and reach the world around us is so important to the Church functioning …
The Six
"Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God, Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment." (Hebrews 6:1-2)
Foundations are structures that allow us to remain strong and through which we can build on. They establish the basis for everything that is built upon them. In Hebrew 6 we are given six principles that are to serve as the basis of everything we believe and practice…. This list of principles in themselves may seem like an incomplete list when you think about all the subject of importance that you could consider but when you dive into them and look at what they cover you will quickly see that these are the most foundational subjects that could be covered… We will go through each one in depth to help each student establish a strong foundation in their knowledge of CHRIST and in their walk with HIM.
Relational Dynamics
The Bible is fundamentally about relationships. It is the story of relationships. It details the man’s relationship to GOD and HIS relationship to us. It continues to share man’s relationship with one another, with the world around him and even with the spiritual realm around him. At its core the Gospel is about relationship and restoring those relationships. In this course we will study the dynamics that make relationships function and look at what was GOD’s desire for relationships of all kinds. Understanding relationship and how the LORD wants us to relate is vital to ministering effectively.
Our Unique Ministry approach
Grow 416 is our ministry equipping system. It is designed to help each member of our church discover where he or she can serve by using their spiritual and member-ministry gifts. As we all serve in the ways that we were designed, we will be able to see the vision that GOD has given us come to pass.
Callings, Anointings and Giftings:
We will begin by exploring what callings, anointing and giftings are and how they contribute to the ministry the LORD has called us into. We will do more than define these areas we will share a process to uncovering what each person is called to do.
Redemptive Gifts & design:
Understanding your redemptive gift and design will change your life. It will help you understand why you do the things you do. It will also give you a start point for understanding how the LORD uses you. It will help you better understanding how your ministry calling is going to be expressed through you. Even through two people may have a similar ministry grace their redemptive design will play a big part in how that ministry functions and is expressed.
JESUS the Equipper:
JESUS is the best example of what it is to be a minister. HE was faithful in HIS service to the FATHER. The FATHER gave HIM supernatural grace and power that allowed HIM to do the work that was required of HIM (John 5:19, 20, 36, 37). One of the main tasks that JESUS had was to equip the disciples to take over and continue the ministry that HE had begun. HE prepared them to be able to function in the same ministry and power that HE functioned in with the potential to go beyond what HE had done (John 14:12). The Bible says that JESUS gave gifts to the church. These gifts are the special grace that HE had on HIS life to equip HIS disciples. HE has given them to the Church to continue in both the ministries that he functioned in and in HIS role of equipping the disciples to do the work of the ministry.
The office and Ministry of the Apostle:
These sessions cover the dimension, function and expression of the apostolic ministry. We will cover the various ways this ministry was in operation in the Bible, history and today. We will look at how this ministry operates in the Body of CHRIST. We will see its importance as well as some of the pitfall and challenges it faces. You come away with deep insight about how this ministry function and impacts all the others.
The office and ministry of the Evangelist:
These sessions cover the dimension, function and expression of the Evangelistic ministry. We will cover the various ways this ministry was in operation in the Bible, history and today. We will look at how this ministry operates in the Body of CHRIST. We will see its importance as well as some of the pitfall and challenges it faces. You come away with deep insight about how this ministry function and impacts all the others.
The Office and Ministry of the Teacher:
These sessions cover the dimension, function and expression of Teaching ministry. We will cover the various ways this ministry was in operation in the Bible, history and today. We will look at how this ministry operates in the Body of CHRIST. We will see its importance as well as some of the pitfall and challenges it faces. You come away with deep insight about how this ministry function and impacts all the others.
The office and Ministry of the Prophet:
These sessions cover the dimension, function and expression of the prophetic ministry. We will cover the various ways this ministry was in operation in the Bible, history and today. We will look at how this ministry operates in the Body of CHRIST. We will see its importance as well as some of the pitfall and challenges it faces. You come away with deep insight about how this ministry function and impacts all the others.
The Office and Ministry of the Pastor:
These sessions cover the dimension, function and expression of the Pastoral ministry. We will cover the various ways this ministry was in operation in the Bible, history and today. We will look at how this ministry operates in the Body of CHRIST. We will see its importance as well as some of the pitfall and challenges it faces. You come away with deep insight about how this ministry function and impacts all the others.
The Ministry of Helps and Administration
These sessions will cover the ministry and gifts of helps and administration in the Body. Supporting and making sure that everything runs smoothly is the name of the game for the ministries that call this section home. Order and Organization is the primary responsibility of these ministries. There is a great deal of diversity in areas of operation and types of ministries in this section, but one thing remains the same; without it nothing would get done or done the right way.
Equipping the Saints:
Understanding how people grow and develop is critical to helping them become who the LORD has called them to be. Understanding how your ministry is a part of this process will bring a powerful alignment and allow you to be more effective in how you are received. It will help you position yourself in ways that allows the LORD to work more effectively through your ministry for the believer to be built up and equipped.
Ministering to the Saints:
Learning how to minister to various people at different points in their lives will allow your ministry to be more effective and to have a greater impact. Ministering with the heart of the LORD and the wisdom that HE provides will help people to be able to receive what the LORD has for them.
Releasing the Saints:
It one thing to train people but it is a whole other thing to launch them out to do what they were trained to do. It can be difficult even when we are doing it in the Church let alone outside of it. These sessions will help you understand how to be build the right type of support structures for yourself and those that you lead. It will also share how to continue to do what the LORD has called you even in seasons of great disappointment.
SOPM
School of Personal Ministry
The Purpose of this school is to equip those who are being sent out to minister to the lost and hurt. It is also a great foundation for ministering the power and presence of the HOLY SPIRIT within the walls of the church as well. The LORD is raising up a new breed of ministers who will minister with power and in the realms of HIS glory, inside and outside of the church.
We have divided the school into six different areas that cover that entire passage of Scripture. It is our desire to equip every person to do the things that JESUS did in HIS ministry. He said that those that believed would do what HE had been doing and greater (John 14:12). Anyone can go through these courses and learn the information. Our goal is take each student through these courses so that they can do the stuff, like heal the sick, drive out demons, see people get saved and filled with the HOLY SPIRIT and power and live in the reality of GOD's protection and provision as they minister.
We have added two bonus sessions that we feel are important aspects of JESUS ministry: prophecy and miracles. We believe these two areas will greatly aid you as you minister.
“He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well." After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, he was taken up into heaven and he sat at the right hand of God. Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked with them and confirmed his word by the signs that accompanied it.” (Mark 16:15-20)
Faith Clinic
Faith Clinic is training about faith to build your faith. We cover "What is faith" all the way to how to get and increase your faith. You will come away with a real faith building learning experience. One of the other great things about this training is it also addresses the things that has damaged our ability to believe and what you can do to get restored to full faith.
Healing School
The purpose of the Healing School is provide a solid foundation on the biblical principles and promises concerning healing. We discuss the various ways that the HOLY SPIRIT releases HIS healing power and presence through the believer. You will grow in your faith to pray for the sick and hurting.
evangelism training
JESUS said that we were to go out into the world and share the good news (gospel). This training will help each person learn how to share the gospel with those all around them. It focuses on the different evangelistic styles, gifts and approaches that each person has. It also will provide a solid understanding of the gospel message per the Scriptures.
Prophetic Training
Prophetic Trainings is all about learning to hear the voice of the LORD and communicate what the LORD is saying to those you are ministering to. Each person will learn to give accurate words of Knowledge and release prophetic words that will strengthen and encourage.
School of the spirit
The training in the school of the SPIRIT is all about learning to flow with the HOLY SPIRIT. You will be introduced to the Person, Presence, Power and Purpose of the HOLY SPIRIT. Learning to partner with the HOLY SPIRIT is one of the most important keys to be success in minister to the needs of a hurting and dying world.
deliverance
Deliverance Training will give you the tools and an unique opportunity to gather the confidence to minister to those that have been under the influence of demonic spirits. Much of JESUS' minister was spent dealing with demonic spirits. JESUS came to set the captives free and to give us the power to do the same.
Shield Training
Shield Training is all about learning to minister under the covering of GOD's protection in every situation. JESUS told HIS disciples that when they ministered that they didn't have to worry about the serpents and scorpions that would try to harm them. He said that he had given them authority over all the power of the enemy.
School of the Miraculous
The School of the Miraculous is about learning to walking in the same power for miracles that JESUS operate in. JESUS said that we would do what HE did and greater. Learning to flow in the power of the SPIRIT is critical to getting the manifestations and results that JESUS got in HIS ministry.

Phase 2: Series 1-3
m.school is a ministry design school.
We launched it to be a tool for those who want to discover, develop and launch ministry that will allow them to fulfill the calling on their lives.
m.workshop is where we design and develop our ministries.
M.workshop is the hub of what we do at m.school. This is where we help people transform those ministry burdens and callings into ministry service and entities. For the last 30 plus years the Church has been equipping believers in some way or another but the one thing we didn’t do is launch them out. We didn’t have the ministry framework that could support that or the mentality that would allow it. Part of the problem was old models and ways of doing ministry. There are so much insight and so many tools and resources for people to do what the LORD has put on their heart. What we have needed is new ways to get people trained, equipped and supported as they are launched out to do the ministry the LORD has put in their hearts.
Design
This is where you learn about design thinking and how to use it to solve problems. You will learn how to see the problems that you were called to engage and design the ministry that will be able to address those problems with biblical truth and grace. You will learn to gather information by engaging those you are going to provide ministry for. You will also learn how your unique design, calling and giftedness factors into the type of ministry you should design and build.
Build
This is where you will take your blueprints and create a model and prototype to experiment with its ability to do what it was designed to do. You will learn how to gather data and insights to make your ministry model better. You learn to create a biblical framework for your ministry to function through and get the results the Word of GOD says is possible.
Launch
This is where you will take your ministry public so that you can serve the people you are called to. You create about the legal structures that you need to create. You will also create the people structures that will allow you to effectively interact with and engage those you are serving. You learn how to build the networks and garner the support that will resource your ministry.
Finding Biblical solutions to the problems that face mankind is the responsibility of the Church. The Word of GOD has an answer for every known issue that we can face. It may not always be readily apparent but with study and the guidance of the HOLY SPIRIT the LORD will lead us to what HE is saying about any given situations. There are so many innovative solutions that we have never heard, but the LORD is waiting to share them with us.
Taking your original thought or ideas and making it something of it can be difficult without a plan or process. Design thinking needs to turn to Design doing. This is where design strategy and execution are so important. So many people are stuck with great ideas. They don’t have a way to convert the power of thinking into the power of doing. At m.school we will work with you to develop that skill. You will see how you individually employ your faculties creatively. This is a skill you will be able to use over and over again.
Design thinking is a way of looking at problems and coming up with solutions through creativity and innovation. It takes into consideration four major areas, while most models only deal with three areas: Human, Business and Technonlogy. We believe that the fourth area is the spiritual dimension of design. This truly makes the design innovative and an agent for good in the world. This is the area that has to do with both GOD’s purposes for something and the moral use or maintaining of something. When we design and create anything, we need to understand GOD’s purpose for it and we need to understand how HE wants it to exist and function in the world. This should affect every part of the design, from what needs it is going to meet to the technology that makes it possible, to the business processes that support its operation. You are going to learn to look at all these areas through this lens and design and create from this place.
Mapping out the design process will allow you to learn to use it to design and create your ministry over and over as you have need to. We aren’t just helping you build a ministry we are teaching you the skills and mindset to be able to do it as often as you get ideas and inspiration. You will need to not only create your ministry, but there are other components within it that you will need to design and create as well.
Licensing
There is the ability to obtain a ministry license. Each applicant will have to take an assessment in each phase of the work and successfully pass (You can take the assessment as many times as you need). You will also go through a ministry interview. Licenses are good for two years. Those that continue to remain in good standing will be eligible for a license renewal and all the benefits that come with having a license. Licenses are given on the basis of the completion of the course, biblical lifestyle and the maturity to carry out the office. These are all suggest to the leadership assessment at the time of applying for licensing.
The License for this program covers the ministry that you will do in these three categories below. The areas covered by ordination would need additional training, coaching and experience. This allows you to do the things legal things such as do weddings, funerals and visitation in places such prisons and hospital. However it does not allow for any ministry position where you would be the oversight over the spiritual welfare or development of believers as a Senior Overseer.
Personal Ministry
This is the ministry that is done through the life of the Believer in the context of their day to day living. The believer starts using their gifts and abilities to minister to the needs around them. Many full time ministries started here.
Member-Minister
This is the ministry that is done through the life of the Believer as a result of their connection and calling within a body of Believers. This sometimes is done outside of the local church. It is still lead by a qualified leader.
Ministry Leadership
This is the ministry provide by those that providing leadership for a ministry or ministry group. This can range for an area in the local ministry to the oversight of a ministry community. This license covers the area of those over a ministry area in a local church or a para church ministry where the individual is qualified to provide leadership through their experience or education.
