We want to see each person answer the Destiny Call on their life. We designed these courses and training programs to give you deep insights about GOD’S Word as well as yourself. It is designed to provide a cutting edge learning experience for each person who attends. The school combines solid biblical principles with hands on training. The focus of the school is to raise up a generation of leaders in every sphere of influence. We want to see a reformation of the Church that results in the transformation of nations. We know in order to see these kind of wide spread changes there needs to be a new way we educate the new emerging leaders. It’s not just about providing them with new relevant information but also with a different way to teach it. The Winepool combines the new wine revelation and cutting edge technology to teach and train. We believe the combination of fresh revelation, spiritual technology and natural technology will bring an acceleration in the way the Church is able to move and touch lives.

90 Day Rev
Personal Revival
The 90 Day Revolution is the first step in joining the movement and or one of our missions bases. It is an introduction into the cause, principles and practices of the I Am A Fire movement. It was designed to help each person receive particular teaching and exercises to increase their learning and faith as they step into this move of GOD. It also shares all the tools and resources that has been developed to help them continue to grow and develop on this journey.
This is where we are challenging those who become a part of the movement to take a season of their life to get acquainted with our revival culture. It is the introduction to the consecrated life. We have broken it down into 3 phases.
Phase 1: Live a life set a part; no compromise!
Phase 2: BE Supernatural!
Phase 3: Burn with the purposes of GOD!
In each phase we share basic principles that help encourage each individual as they live out their commitment. Our desire is that each life is transformed by the FIRE of GOD and continues to be transformed!

Fuel is an innovative accountability system created to help each mission partner within our community track their progress toward fueling a transformational fire within the region. We believe each partner plays an integral part of us moving toward the spreading of the Fire that will transform our region. Fuel is based on the activities we believe will be the fuel for that fire both individually and corporately. Each partner operates on two different planes at the same time. The first is an individual plane. This plane is has to do with personal development and achievement. The second, is the corporate plane. This plane is about what we do as individuals within the community in the context of moving the vision forward.
Our mission at base camp is to change the world the way JESUS changed the world. The Fuel system is based on the seven dynamics of our ministry model.

Ministry Internships
BootCamp
Bootcamp is our intro to ministry internship. Its an intensive training program created to introduce the basic principles of ministry through an experiential platform. There is classroom work but much of the intensive is hands on. The interns will encounter the Power and Presence of the LORD as never before. They will learn to manifest the Kingdom and see people’s lives transformed. Interns will receive a solid foundation in the ministry of JESUS. JESUS is the model we are following in ministry. We want to change the world the way JESUS changed the world.
Quest School of Ministry
Phase 1: Equip
This is the first segment of our Ministry School. We will focus on discovering and developing yourself as a minister and learning to minister to others. This is where we are going to make sure that you are come away with a solid biblical understanding and skills to minister. We will work on everything from your public speaking ability to your ability to pray and counsel to serving others. There are so many different skill sets you will develop your time here. You aren’t going to just acquire knowledge you are going to get the skills to do the things JESUS did.
Phase 2: Builder
Our Builder Course is for those who want to learn how to design their own ministry. It is also for Leaders that want to add Design Thinking and Doing to their skillset for creating ministry entities. It is course offer in our Ministry Design School. It is an innovative approach to looking at ministry pioneering through the lens of Design Thinking. We also use the insights from the Grow 416 System to develop Biblical Based ministries that are able to engage society in ways that bring the LORD’S Grace and Mercy to bear in ways that bring freedom and restoration.
Leadership Matrix
Leadership Matrix is our leadership development and coaching system. It is the resources we use to teach, train and coach all of our leadership here at Quest. It is based on a four part model depicting the essential elements of leadership and how they relate and work together. This system also includes our leadership playbook and motivation platform. These are designed to help each leader keep track of their goals and progress and provide ongoing motivation. We believe everything rises and falls with leadership. Therefore good leadership is essential for us to achieve the vision the LORD has given us. We also believe there is a leader in each person. Our goal is to develop that leader to change the world.

Grow 4:16 us is our operating system for the entire Quest System. Each person at this phase of the movement will be introduced to the Grow 4:16 system in a much deeper and detailed way. They will learn the in and the outs of the system. This will allow them to play a part in equipping and moving the ministry forward. This training will include classroom learning as well as hands on teaching and training. It will provide the framework for them to provide essential leadership to the people who call Quest Home.

Reboot is our program to recertify and relicense each person ministering at Quest. This serves to keep each person growing and developing as well as provides accountability for each person who ministers at the.
